Director – David Mukwasa

Mr. Mukwasa is one of Disacare’s founding members, starting with the company when it was still just “the metal workshop” back in 1990. He is also one of Disacare’s first wheelchair users, celebrating 14 years on the same “kavuluvulu”. As the director, Mr. Mukwasa oversees the company and conducts organizational planning.

Production Manager – Kenneth Mubuyaeta (on sabbatical until August 2007)

Kenneth has worked for Disacare since 1991, and he can field any questions regarding the technical issues of Disacare’s production.

Accountant – Clifford Mudzingwa

Mr. Mudzingwa has been with Disacare since 1997.

Training Manager – Casserdy Magaya (Acting Production Manager)

Mr. Magaya started at Disacare in 2000, and he has been training people in wheelchair construction since 2002. Any questions regarding our training programs should be addressed to him.

Office Manager – Priscilla Littia

Ms. Littia has worked for Disacare since 2002, and is the first person customers see when they visit the Disacare offices. She can field answer questions regarding pricing or availability of products. Inquiries can be sent to Ms. Littia directly via email at litiamasilokwa@yahoo.com.

Sales and Marketing Officer – Derrick Mashawu (Dip. in Marketing)

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr. Mashawu coordinates with donors, clients, and wheelchair users. He has been working at Disacare since 2003.
